Pascale Joseph is a Project Coordinator on the Tools and Classroom Resources team at Student Achievement Partners. Pascale has over ten years of experiences in the government, non-profit, and private sectors, specializing in public policy. Dedicated to advocacy, she has served on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations and spends much of her free time volunteering in local initiatives. She has worked on international and national projects focused on military master planning and federal contracting. Most recently she was the senior manager of Co-Development for the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, where she managed the development of affordable housing units throughout the city. Pascale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies and a Master of International Development, Urban Affairs & Planning from the University of Pittsburgh.
