What I Work On: As a Project Manager, I lead project execution while helping us stay rooted in the principles of equitable design. In addition to creating project plans, managing budgets and keeping communications flowing, I'm problem-solving for inclusivity and transparency within and between design teams.

Why I Work Here: Working at Student Achievement Partners, I'm challenged every day to grow into a smarter and more empathetic human. I get to collaborate with brilliant education professionals (both internal and external) on issues that impact students. Our work is wide in scope yet maintains a focus on students that have been historically underserved which I find deeply motivating.

More About Me: I grew up moving frequently along the East Coast and Dominican Republic. I studied Economics at Rutgers where I discovered a love for logic. One of my favorite weekend rituals is sitting with a stack of cookbooks and meal planning.
