What I Work On:  I coordinate projects to align with our overall strategic goals. I help make resourcing decisions for upcoming work to ensure our team has equitable access to opportunities and that the work they do is well matched to their skill sets and talents.

Why I Work Here: I believe that if we apply a racial equity lens when designing educational experiences, the K-12 journey can be reimagined as a transformative experience that equips black and brown youth with the necessary tools to thrive as their authentic selves. When we design at the margins, we innovate and foster equitable outcomes that challenge the norm, create systems that work for everyone, and move toward becoming an anti-racist society for future generations.

My Education and Experience: I’ve worked in education for over a decade. Before Student Achievement Partners, I held project management, strategic planning, and operational positions within higher education, local government, and school districts. I am certified as a project manager (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and hold a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College.

More About Me: I live in Maryland with my partner. I am also fortunate to have sister-friends in my area.
