Daniela Espino

Daniela is proud to work on the Teach for America Bay Area staff supporting new teachers in their pedagogical and leadership development. Before stepping into this role, Daniela taught secondary English in her hometown of Richmond, California, to an amazing group of high-schoolers. Her students' resilience, brilliance, and commitment to success inspired her to join the Core Advocates network to influence the educational landscape in the communities it serves, so that all students can reach their highest potential. Daniela spends her free time enjoying the beauty of California on adventures with her husband and daughter.
