What I Work On: As a Math Designer at Student Achievement Partners, I work on projects that impact what equity feels, looks, and sounds like in math spaces. These projects can range from direct classroom application, to broader district wide systems and structures.

Why I Work Here: I work here because Student Achievement Partners is an organization that is committed to doing the work to learn, grow, and get better. While no organization is perfect, by having the hard conversations and truly putting action behind its equity mission, Student Achievement Partners is taking steps in the right direction to be a space of real and needed change. This then allows us to better show up for the clients we work with because we are committed to doing the work internally and externally.

My Education and Experience: Prior to joining Student Achievement Partners, I worked in secondary mathematics as a teacher and instructional coach for 6 years across the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern New Jersey. I received my Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Economics from Northeastern University. I continued my education at Stanford University and received a Masters of Art in Education with a concentration in Secondary Mathematics.I plan to pursue my Doctorate of Education at the University of San Francisco beginning in the summer of 2023.

More About Me: I was born and raised in Somerset, NJ and am a proud product of the East Coast! Schooling has allowed me to live various years in Boston, San Francisco, and Oakland, CA where I currently reside. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, exploring the food scene in cities across the world, traveling, hiking, and yoga.
